A SPECIAL MEETING of the Waitcmo County Council will'be held at Te, Kuiti on MONDAY, the 26th day of October, 1908, for the purpose: of confirming the following SPECIAL ORDER, passed at their special meeting held at Te Kuiti on the 11th day of September, 1908. And that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such Loan and be payable yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every jear during the currency of such loan, being a period of 26 years at 4$ per centum, or until the loan is fully paid off; and it is the intention to pay out of loan thp cost of raising same and the first year's interest.''
