AUCKLAND CROWN LANDS BOARD.
A meeting- of the Crown .Lands Board was held on Thursday last. Present: The Comrnmissioner (Mr -L Strauchon). Messrs W.W. Armstrong-, A. R. Han-is. and Captain Swindle;.'. It was proposed to throw open for selection, muter Part 111. of the Lund Act, P>o<\ section fM4a, Waipipi pariah, 92 acres at 7s 'id per acre; section 11, Block XIII. Maramarua, 87 acre>s ut. 10s an acre. Under .section I,'if) of the Land Act, DOS : Section o. Block X, Otancwiainuku survey district, ?>'H acres at L7s oil. Under Land for Settlement Act. 1908: Section 1, Block IV, Tanapa survey district :J25 acres at .ill ier ace. The matters were referred hack to the ranger for a report regarding llax, etc. Kakepuku Settlement : It was decided that as the Kakepuku Improved farm settlement tenants had now had ample lime to get their lands improved and grassed ready to raise stock, the rent shwki commence oil January 1,
