The following teams have been selected for the trial match to be played at Te Kuiti on Saturday, August 15th. The final selection to play against King Country Union on August 22nd will be made after the match. All players are expected to attend if only to give the finally selected practice, but as it is particularly requested on this occasion as in all probability two teams will be asked to travel on the same day. —A Team : Fallback EUwood Threequarters Tuheka J. These teams are picked for trial and the men who are apparently out of place of course rpay be altered to their right places during the game.
The Anglo-Welsh football team has done something towards establishing a claim to be classed as a good combination since arriving in Australia. The first game in Sydney was won by the visitors by 3 points to nil; the second game resulted in a victory for the Brtishers by 8 points to nil.
