We can generally milk this number in 2 hours 20 minutes, while there are only three of us to do this work. We are fully satisfied with both the test and quantity of milk. One great advantage is the short time the cows are standing in the shed, this being only half the time required for hand-milking, consequently the cows have more time in the paddock.
