VrOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waitomo County Council, under the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and amendments, TO BORROW the sum of £2OOO, for the purpose of draining, constructing culverts, forming and metalling streets and footpaths, within the Te Kuiti Township Special Rating Area,_ and as security for the payment of interest and other charges on the said Loan, to make and levy a Special Rate of Three Half-pence (iUd) in the Pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the said Te Kuiti Township Special Rating Area, and it is the intention to pay out of Loan the cost of raising same and the first year's interest thereon.
