As will be seen by advertisement in another column, Messrs Lucien, Allen and Co. have established a branch of their land and stock agency business at Te Kuiti, under the management of Mr H..T. Mussen. The long experience of Mr Mussen in farming eminently fits him for such a business, and" with a good connection in the southern portion of the North Island, there is little doubt that a satisfactory share of business will be undertaken by Mr Mussen. Negotiations have been proceeding for a considerable time for the purpose of having the restrictions for sale removed from that portion of Mr. T. T. Hetet-s Te Kuiti'property where the boardinshouse s'tancfs. and also, the adjoining' allotments.
