Special Meeting.
SANITARY BY-LAWS. The by-laws were, on the motion of the Chairman, seconded by Cr Ormsby, duly confirmed. Cr Ormsby stated that he had obtained Mr Hine's assistance in drawing the by-laws, and had instructed him to draw up a nightsoil contract. He wished to have his action confirmed by the Council. —The confirming motion was duly passed. It was decided that the bj'-laws should come into operation on March 31st.
