faitomo County Council. \ SPECIAL ORDER. . ._ eby given that at a ipccial Meeting of the Waitomo County Council, held at Te Kuiti on j the 20th d y of January, 1903, it was resolved by the Waitomo County Council to make, by Special Order, a Sanitary By-Law, under and by virtue of the provisions of " The Counties Act, 1886,"and its/Amendments, "The Public Health Act, 1900" and its Amendments, and all other Acts and Powers whatsoever enabling it on that behalf. The object and purport of such by-law is as follows: — To provide, in the interests of Public Health, for the Sanitary regulation \of Townships and s other congested areas within the Waitomo County. The said resolution %ill be submitted for confirmation to a\ Special Meetin< of the Council, to be held at Te Kuiti on the 24th day of February, 1908, at II a.m., in Mr Kerr's Commercial Room. A copy of the\ above Special Order and By-Law is deposited at the office of the Council, at Otorohanga, where ihe same may be inspected during offbe hours until \such confirmatory meeting is held: \ Dated this 29th day of January, 1908.
