Loyal Tc Kuiti Lodge.

The usual fortnightly meeting of the Te Kuiti Oddfellows Lodge was held in the Congregational Church on Thursday, January 23rd, Bro. Larritt, N.G., presided, and there was a good attendance. The membership of the Lodge is increasing at every meeting, and several new members were initiated on Thursday. It was decided to accept the terms of Doctor Zobel for acting as Medical adviser to the Lodge. The finances was reported to be in a healthy condition, and the sum of £l3 Os llid was received.

Bro. Ellison and Bro. Moody were elected to the position of trustees. It is stated that a number of Mangapeehi residents intend joining the Lodge, which could be attended by them on quarterly nights. The next Lodge meeting will be held on Thursday, February 6th.
