The Mangapeehi Football Club is anxious for a game with Te Kuiti Club, and the Secretary has written suggesting August 24th, at Te K_uid, for a mate}}. Doubtless a friendly game on that date can be arranged. In consequence of the Waipa players being unable to get together and play in time to allqw the Maniapoto Union players to return by the express train the same day as the match, the game which had been arranged
