Examination of applicants at Te Awamutu, 28th August, and ballot there on 29th August, at 10 a.m. Full particulars, with posters and forms, at this office and the different Post Offices in the locality. "VTOTICE is hereby given that it is -L* proposed, under the provisions of " The Public Works Act, 1905," to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road through Blocks 111 and IV, Pirongia Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is further given that the plan of the said road and of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post-office at Pirongia, and is there open for inspection.
