TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—Judging from " New Resident's " very frank, though quite unnecessaiy admissions, I cordially support his wise resolve :Do so. A good Nuttall's dictionary may, I believe, be obtained for 4s 6d. For, granting that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, it evidently won't hurt him. — I am, etc., VATES.
