VTOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo County Council, held on the 15th day of April, 1907, alresolution was passed that Ragwort is to be declared a Noxious Weed, the- clearing of which is to be made conipulsory within the Waitomo County as if the same was included in the First Schedule of the " Noxious Weeds Act, 1900." And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the said Council to be held at Mr Ernest Kerr's commercial room Te Kuiti, oh 20th day of May, 1907, for confirmation as a Special Order. F, G, H, 1, J, L, N and o (Puhanga Block) all lying between the Mapara and Mokauiti streams, that certain Europeans and Maoris have been in the habit of feloniously killing cattle and pigs on the said land, it is hereby notified that any person or persons found trespassing thereon with or without dogs or guns in persuit of cattle, pigs or game will be prosecuted.
