WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo County Council, held on the 15th day of April, 1907, alresolution was passed that Ragwort is to be declared a Noxious Weed, the clearing of which is to be made compulsory within the Waitomo County as if the same was included in the First Schedule of the " Noxious Weeds Act, 1900." And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the said Council to be held at Mr Ernest Kerr's commercial room Te Kuiti, on 20th day of May, 1907, for confirmation as a Special Order.
