OHURA RACES.
The annual race meeting promoted by the Oh lira jockey Club, was held at Toe Toe 011 Wednesday. hi consequence of the inclement weather on Monday the gathering was postponed, and glorious weather was experienced for the day's outing. The meeting was well patronised, the majority of the settlers in the district being present. The following are the results of the various events : Hurdle .Race.---Clover 1, Supplejack 2. Maiden. - - Topsy l,i\. Nest Egg 2, Tassv 3. Pony Race. Tiira 1, Ran 2, Ko~ ari 3. Ohura Jockey Club Handicap.— Korari 1, Paddy 2, Nest Egg 3. Settlers' Handicap.-----Rawhitiroa 1. Black Mare 2. Handicap Trot.- Darky t, Bluegown 2, Jess 3. Ladies' Bracelet.- Paddy ], Rawhitiroa 2, Toowoomba 3. Forced Handicap. -Tuowooinba I, Rari 2, Tommy 3.
