BALTIC EVIDENCE.
The Manager of the Bay of PlentyDairy Co., writes as follows : —" I have pleasure in testifying to the excellent work done by the two (size 2) Baltic Separator installed in our skimming stations last October. While working at their registered capacity (220 gallons per hour) they have given good results, the skim milk averaging for the whole season .02. The perfect motion of the machines while working is a thing not to be forgotten by creamery managers. The simplicity, durability ease of management, and cleaning is thoroughly up to date. My directors have carefully watched the general working of the Baltic Separators during the past season, and the cost of power, spare parts, etc., was so small that they expressed themselves as being very pleased with their action in selecting the Baltic make of separators." For particulars write to J. B . MacEwan and Co., Ltd., Fort street, Auckland.
