A Family Differ*, nee. ■ J. Lindsay charged his son, R N. Lindsay, with assault, and a charge was preferred against J. Lindsay of assaulting' his daughter, Mrs Hlack. After hearing the 1 vidt ncc of both parties, the pre-sidingju:-;lici.s dismissed both charges, each (i) pay tlu ir own costs. A man, named Patrick Fitzgerald, charged with using' obscene language, was convicted and discharged, he having been in the lock-up since Saturday night.
