RULES AND REGULATIONS, Weights will be declared on or about November Ist, 1906, and owners of horses nominated, will be notified promptly, Acceptances close at 10 a.m. on the day of the races. Name, age and pedigree (if any) of horses and colours of the riders, must be given with nomination. Jockeys who do not appear in their nominated colours, will be fined I sov. Penalties—The winner of the Cup will be weighted 7 lbs extra in the Matapuna Handicap.—The winner of the Maiden Race, to carry slbs extra weight in the Rangaroa Welter Handicap, and the winner of the Maiden Race and the Rangaroa Welter Handicap will be weighted 3lbs extra in the Matapuna Handicap.
