Jockeys who do not appear in their nominated colours, will be fined I sbv. ' Penalties.—The winner of the Cup will be weighted 7 lbs extr&in the Matapuna Handicap. —The winner of the Maiden Race, to carry slbs extra weight in the Rangaroa Welter Handicap, and the winner of the Maiden Race and the Rangaroa Welter Handicap will, be weighted 3lbs extra in the Matapuna Handicap.
