London, Feb 19 New regulations have had the effect of deducing the number of volunteers by 70,000. Delimination of Anglo-French frontier from Sokoto to Lake Chad is rapidly progressing. Lord Defreyne proceeds against the Land League for £20,000 damages. The King has ordered an enquiry into alleged three-fold increase of cancer in Ireland during the last 1 few years.
