Lt.-Col. Robin Exonerated.

CHRISTCHURCH, Nov 8 In responding to toast of the Army, at dinner tonight, in connection with A. and P. Show, Col. Pole-Penton referred to publication in a West Coast paper of a letter from a N. Z. trooper making grave charges against their □ommanding officer. Penton said he had sent a copy of the paper to hia troopers and the commander, and had received a cablegram from Craddock stating the charge made in the letter against the officer was altogether untrue.
