LONDON, Sept 23 Goshen will shortly retire from direction of Admiralty. He denies he has any d fferences with hie colleagues, and asserts, on the contrary, they are in entire accord. 'limes eulogises Goshen’s career, and says whole country will feel severely the loss of his services. His successor ought to be a man of high capacity and authority in view of necessity for thorough examination of administration and condition of navy. SYDNEY, Sept 27 It is estimated there were 37,400,000 sheep in N.S. Wales on Sept. Ist, an increase of nearly 2,000,000 this year.
