LONDON, March 27 Federal delegates lunched at Windsor. Afterwards had audience with Queen. Hicks-Beach privately declared Govt intended tax coal exported from Britain at rate of 2s 6d per ton. Despite coal famine prevailing tax would yield £5,000,000.
