All races open to horses m the district between the Awatere and Hurunui rivers prior to Ist November. 1894. Nominations for the Boxing Day Purse, Stewards’ Handicap, and Ladies’ Bracelet to be lodged with the Secretary at his office (Medical Hall, Kaikoura) by 8 p.in. on Saturday, Bth December, 1894. Acceptances to be lodged with the Secretary before 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 19th December, 1894. Acceptors for the Stewards’ Handicap and Ladies' Bracelet to be penalised after the running for the Boxing Day Purse or the Stewards’ Handicap as the handicappers may determine. The Hack Race to be for horses never having won public money. All nominations and acceptances to be accompanied by the requisite amount in cash ; colours at time of entry. All disputes, claims aud objections shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they shall appoint, and their decisions shall be final, and shall not be questioned in any Court of Law.
