Sir Robert Stout got past the Speaker the other evening an expression literally the same as that which led to the Hou. John Bryce’s expulsion from Parliament. Sir Robert said Ministers forced their supporters to give them dumb allegiance by voting as they were told, and that a Member, who interrupted him, knew it, and that in his innermost soul be must be ashamed of himself.
