BRISBANE, Aug 9 Electoral Amendment Bill introduced by Glassey provides that only qualification required shall be residence. Every adult male and female is to have one vote, and all elections are to be held on same day, during which all hotels are to be closed. It is also provided that electors of any constituency shall have power by two-thirds majority vote to recall their own member.
