Alt we exact is that correspondence shall be truthful and temperate ; entirely free from all offensive personalties. Letters for publication must m all eases hear the signature of the writer, not necessarily for pubb’eation, but as a guarantee of good faith. We shall always endeavour to insert letters in the first issue after the receipt of the communication, but do not guarantee their appearance in the earliest publication.
