ST PETERSBURG, July 13 Cholera has broken out here and is spreading to alarming extent. Disease has broken out in military barracks, and is raging with great virulence among soldiers. BERLIN, July 13 Cholera is spreading into Germany, despite efforts of sanitary authorities. Grave fears are entertained it will get beyond their control.
