PARIS, J line 28 It is alleged that Carnot’s assassination was planned in London on the Sth of February, the day on which the Anarchist Vaillant, perpetrator of the bomb outrage in the Chamber of Deputies, on 9th of December, was executed, PARIS, June 29 Two men, Granier and Labori, arrested at Montepellier on suspicion of being accomplices of Santo. Granier attempted to disembowel himself and is reported to be dying. Labori confessed that Santo, when dining with him on Saturday, confided to him his intention to kill Carnot.
