WELLINGTON, June 4 Oamaru Licensing Committee have refused two licenses. The Thames Committee refused three. WELLINGTON, Tuesday At the licensing meetings in Christchurch all transfers applied for were granted, but applications for renewals were adjourned. At Napier all renewals, except one, were granted. At Invercargill seven renewals were refused. At Auckland all renewals were granted for 10 o’clock licenses. Nothing was decided at Dunedin,
