All we exact is that correspondence shall be truthful and temperate; entirely free from all offensive personalties. Letters for publication must in all cases bear the signature of the writer, not necessarily for puhh’eation, but as g guarantee of good faith. We shall always endeavour to insert letters in the first issue after the receipt of the communication, but do not guarantee their appearance in the earliest publication. Letters should be written on one side of be paper only. Letters for insertion must be addressed to the Editor, and all business communications to the Proprietor, Kaikoura Star.
