All disputes, claims, and objections shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they shall appoint, and their decision shall be final, and shall not be questioned in any Court of Law. No entry received except under these conditions. Nominations for Birthday Handicap and Hack Flying to be lodged with the Secretary at his office (Medical Hall), Kaikoura, by 8 p.m. on Saturday, 12th May.
