As outcome of the arrest of Matha, Anarchist, an official in French War Office has been arrested on a charge of having explosives and incriminating documents in his possession. April 28
It has been ascertained thatFenelau, War Office official placed under arrest, acted as international postman for the Anarchists, and distributed all their correspondence. LONDON, April 30
London police raided offices of German Anarchist newspapers, and seized plant while paper was being published.
