MELBOURNE, April 21 At meeting of Metropolitan Bank report of Committee of Investigation stated that any scheme of reconstruction was hopeless.
SYDNEY, April 20 In Legislative Council, a Bill to prevent improper use of title of Bank withdrawn, Govt undertaking to keep matter in view when dealing with Banking legislation.
