Notice to Sheepowners. THE attention ofsheepowners is directed to the following section of the Stock Act, 1893 : Sec. 42: Every owner shall, between the first day day of January and the thirtieth day of May in every year, dip or cause to he dipped all longwool or crossbred sheep running on land whereof he is the occupier. Provided that on the application of any owner an Inspector may’ grant an extension of the time in which such owner shall dip his sheep, but so that such extension shall not exceed sixty days prior to tbe month of January. For every sheep not so dipped such owner shall be liable to a fine not exceeding two shillings. W. A. SCAIFE, Sheep Inspector. Waiau, 9th April, 1894.
