Dairy Factory.
Mr Sawers, Government Inspector of Dairy Factories, and Expert, arrived here by the Wakatu this morning, for the special purpose of having a ‘ chat ’ with the Kaikoura farmers on the Dairy Factory question. We will not anticipate, in anyway, what Mr Sawers has to tell the farmers of Kaikoura on this, to them, very important subject. He is brimful of information on the matter, for, in addition to the store of knowledge he formerly possessed on his especial business, that' wealth has been added to by having so recently met Mr Valentine, dairy expert who has just arrived from England. Thus the settlers of this place are very fortunate iu having Mr Sawers in their midst at the present time.
A meeting is to be held in the Suburban School next Monday evening.
