Christchurch Match: Clark 1, Chalmers 2, Doughty 3.
Friday Rifle championship finished. Doughey, Auckland, and Purnell, Wanganui, each 509 ; T. Jones, Dunedin, 507 ; Spiers, Oamaru, 506. In firing off the tie Doughey scored 16 to Purnell’s 10, thus winning by 6 points.
