Sports were held during the day at which ten thousand persons were present. In the evening a torchlight procession of the town and country iFire Brigades, and a grand display of fireworks were witnessed by fifteen thousand people. Afc the Firemen's dinner this afternoon it was stated that during the last seven years property ia the city in* :
