Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Apilicant in all cases where the proprietor applies to have the lam' registered under the Act in his own name, and the fees m,ay remain unpaid until laad is. dealt with. Under the Regulations in force 911 and after the Ist January, 187^ the charge for Certificates of Titles isgu^d, upon Memoranda of Transfer is reduced Jo Ten Shillings in all caecs whei'o the value o,f the land is under Ton Pounds. The total cost of executing a mortgage or lease of land, registered under the Act, is Twelve Shillings, no matter what the uniount involved. A mortgage may be transferred 01 1 discharged, or a leaße transferred or surrendered lot 1 ivc Shillings.
