And whereas, in and by the said resolution the Council resolved that the said Bate should be made and levied as aforesaid for the period ofi one year from .jbe day of the making and ievying thereof, and should be paid in on > sum, and that the amount of such rate should be tho sum of ONE SIIILiING in the" POUND on the values if the Bateable Property as appearing i 1 the Valuation 801 l now in force in the ( ounty aforesaid.
