The cost of the apparatus as it appears on the plan, aud its probable cost and tear and wear. 'I. The readiness with which it can bo secured in any part of a ta.il race> and be removed from one part to another aud again secured. 3. Inventors are expected to bo conversant with the machines and methods at present in use, and not to olf'er simple reproductions of the same. They ure also expected not to offer reproductions of machines or methods which havo fallen into disuse. They can obtain practical information, on these and other points, by application through the post to the Central Mining Association at Nasuby. If, in tho opinion of the judges appointed any plan shall appear to be worthy ol adoption by the miners in the Province, the (Government undertakes to luruish copies ol the same to each of the Mining Associations in the Province with full instructions as tc inventions of the inventors, and the payment of tho bonus will then bo determined in the following manner, payment being clue wittiiu eight months from the date at which tht copies of the plans and instructions have been issued to the various Mining Associations.
