THE INANGAffICJA COUNTY COUNCIL, WHEREAS, tbf Inangahua Cod-ntit Councii,, at a meeting held on the Ist day of A ugu»tJlß7T, pursuant te> tbe powers conferred |>y Seetioa 107" of the 1 Counties ct, 18761 and in extrcise of 'he same, and of i all other powers in this behalf them enabling, resolved that a GENERAL RATE on all Kataable Property within th; said County, for carrying into eSect the general purposes of the said Act, s jould be made and levied* in accordant ; with the provisions of the said Act, and of " The Rating Act, 1876." And where; s, in and by tbe said resolution the Cou icil resolved that the said Kate should >c made and leried as aforesaid for the p iriod of one yenr from jbe day of the mak lg and levying thereof, and should be pa 1 in one sum, and that the amount of su h rate should be the sum of ONE in the POUND on the^ 'alues of the Ratenble Property as appe* ring in the Valuation Roll now in force l the County aforesaid. Notice therefore is, hereby given pursuant to the provisions 1 of the last mentioned Act that tbe said Co mcil on THURSDAY, the 16th day of Lugust, now instant, intend to make and levy such Rate, and to order and direct | at the amount thereof shall be the sunr o!
