And whereas, in and by the said resolutipnjft^Council resolved that the said Rate should be made and levied as aforesaid for the period of one yenr from day of the making apd levying thereof, and should be paid in one sum, and that the amount of such r te should be the sum of ONE SI! LLING in the POUND on the valu s of the Rateable Property as appearing in the Valuation [ Roll now in force in the County aforesaid. Notice therefore is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of ho last mentioned Act that thosaid Counc 1 on THURSDAY, the 16th day of Au{ ust, now instant, intend to make and lev y such Rate, and to order and direct that the amount thereof shall be the sum of )ne Shilling in the Pound on the values aforesaid ; that the said Rato shall bo for the period of One Year from the dato of the making and levying thereof, and { hall be paid in one sum on THURSDA r , the 27th day of SEPTEMBER, now lext ensuing.
