And whereas, in and by the said resolution the Council resolved that the said Kate should pc made and levied as aforesaid for the pariod of one year from .fbo day of the makilg and levying thereof, and should be paid! in one sum, and that the amount of such] rato should be the sum of ONE SHILLING in the POUND on the vlues of the Rateable Property as appearing in the Valuation Roll now in force in She County aforesaid. Notice therefore is h reby given pursuant to the provisions o the last mentioned Act that the said Com cil on THURSDAY, the 16th day of Aigust, now instant, intend to make and lpvy such Rate, and to order and direct that the amount thereof shall be the sum df One Shilling in the Pound on the valujs aforesaid ; that the said Rate shall be lor the period of One Year from the dale of the making and levying thereof, an| shall be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, the 27th day of SEPTEMBER, noiFiiext ensuing.
