It was expected tbafc tbe works would admit of tbe full nuaiWr of stamps being ociupied this week. Therenre, however, a number cf very important matters in connection with the working that required alteution for carrying on permanent operations, such as lay ng down iron rails in the main tunnel, timbering passes, &c, which is being effected this week, and in a few days the mine will be in excellent order to produce sufficient quarta to occupy the whole- of tho stamps.
