Buller , Council, not only to 'keep the route ~ '■opeth-ha.k ■ to expend every available .pound of the County revenue in 1 improving ifc. That portion of thp Lvell- ■ Westporfcroad lying within the jurisdiction, of the Buller Council is also to be , ' constructed at once, and an understanding has beeu come to that the .Council here will at once proceed with the construction of the portion lying within the limits of our own County.
