The Chairman gave a reaump of fch,o Bill as. it stands at present, reviewing, it in. all i,ts various aspects, and after explaining how objectionable it was to the. feelings of. the Catholic body, in general, said that the best way to mark their,. ! opinion of the Bill woujd bp in, the form j of resolutions: : The following resolutions wore unanis mously adopted :— Ist.
