And whereas, to and by the said resolution the Council! resolved that the said Kate should be made and levied as | aforesaid for the period! of one year from .jbe day of the making and levying thereof, and should be paid in one sum, and that the amount of suoh ratie should bo the sum of ONE SHILLING in the POUND on the value* of the Rateable Property as appearing! in the Valuation Roll now in force in the C-ounty aforesaid.
