THE INANGAHUA COUNTY COT NCI L. VTTHEREAS, tb 3 Inangahua County Council, at a neeting held on the Ist day of August, 1877, pursuant to the powers conferred ly Section 107 of the ' Counties Act, 187 5," and in exercise of the same, and ol all other powers in this behalf them en ibling, resolved that a GENERAL EATE on all Rateable Property within the said County, for carrying into effejet the general purposes of the said Act,/ should bo made and levied in accoidajnco with the provisions of tho said Act, and of " The Eating -Act, 1876." And wbejeas, in and by the said resolution the Council resolved that the said Hate should bo made and levied as aforesaid for the period of one year from 4he day of the ma ring and levying thereof, \ and should be p tid in one sum, and that the amount of b eh rate should be the sum "of ONE SHILLING in the POUND on the valueß of tho Eateable Property as app aring in the Valuation Eoll now in force n the County aforesaid. Notice therefore i » hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the last mentioned Act that the said C >uncil on THUESDAY, tho 16th day of j August, now instant, ■intend to make ai i levy such Eate, and to order and direct that the amount thereof shall be the sun of One Shilling in the Pound on the va ues aforesaid ; that the said Eate shall bp for the period of One Year from the Bate of the making and levying thereof, and shall be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, the 27th day of SEPTEMBEE, dow next ensuing.
