And wboreafi, in and by the said resolution the Council resolved that the said Rate should bo made and levied as ■ aforesaid for the period of one year from the day of the makilfiand levying thereof, ? and should be paid in one sum, and that the amount of such rrate should be the. sum of ONE SHILLING* in the POUND on the valtles of the Rateable Property as appearing in the Valuation Roll now in force in thd County aforesaid. Notice therefore is herejby given pursuant to the provisions of tlio last mentioned Act that the said Councillon THURSDAY, the 16th day of August, now instant, to'makVand ievyisucli Rate, and to order and direct that tho amount thereof shall be the sum of Ole Shilling in the Pound on the values af >resaid ; that the said Rate shall bo for tl c period of One Year from the date ofj the making and levying thereof, and shall be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, the 27th day of SEPTEMBER, now nett ensuing.
